ABOUT ME

Olga Jablonka, Ph.D., is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist based in New York City. She has extensive experience in assessing and treating children and adolescents of varied cultural backgrounds in outpatient, day treatment, and inpatient settings. She specializes in providing evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), to address a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and emotion dysregulation. 


Dr. Jablonka has expertise in mindfulness, parent training, and treatment of anxiety disorders, including Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Obsessive compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Prior to transitioning to private practice full-time, Dr. Jablonka worked at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Therapy (CCDBT) and Bellevue Hospital.

She is currently accepting new patients in her tele-health practice.
